Welcome to the Foreign Languages Fund Blog from Colorado State University - Pueblo!
The fund's purpose is to support projects and activities that create opportunities where students and community members can come ogether through the sharing of Foreign Languages in order to achieve mutual benefits.The fund will support projects and activities such as:
Building the Language Center
Supporting programs and activities at the Language Center
Sponsoring special community outreach activities
Providing scholarships for study abroad for deserving students
Providing professional development opportunities for Foreign Language teachers from the university and the community.
We are currently conducting various fundraisers in order to complete our first project: The transformation of our obsolete Language Lab into a beautiful Language Center.

· Slide presentations by students who have traveled abroad

· Student poster shows and projects
· Grammar Club
· In language poetry readings / Story telling
· Music presentations
· Access to foreign TV, books, magazines
